• Communication Data: Messages exchanged between clients and lawyers through our secure in-app chat.
• Appointment Data: Booking details, case descriptions, and consultation notes.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including device type, operating system, and app features used.
• Payment Information: Subscription purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Wuklaa AI platform.
• To match clients with suitable lawyers based on specialization and location.
• To send court hearing reminders and case update notifications (limited to 5 per day per user).
• To power our AI Legal Assistant for document analysis and legal Q&A.
• To process subscription payments via Apple In-App Purchase.
• To improve our services, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To communicate important updates about the platform.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Between Users: Lawyer profiles (name, specialization, city, rating) are visible to clients for the purpose of finding legal help. Client names are shared with lawyers only for booked appointments and chats.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers (such as our cloud platform) to host and operate the service. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
